Livio has been into online social stuff since 1996, following a short spell in academia and consulting on political issues for some well-known international news outlets.

In addition to his business and management role, he leads the client relationship on key projects, working with bluechip global firms and professional firms.

He has a special interest in the power of online communities to accelerate change and new ways of working, and is looking forward to being replaced by a sentient bot in the not-too-distant future.
