FLEXIBLE APPROACH TO ORGANISATIONAL LEARNING
We have worked closely with Bosch as expert advisors and part of the group’s E2.0 and organisational transformation initiatives. As part of this work, we have tried to be as responsive as possible to meet internal communication and learning needs.
Over time, we have delivered a range of keynote talks, workshops and executive briefings to help the organisation find its own path through Digital Transformation, guided by the group’s strong history and its exciting potential to lead in new areas of high-technology, in addition to its existing markets.
KEYNOTES, BRIEFINGS AND WORKSHOPS
Using a wide variety of learning interventions, including traditional briefing papers, reading lists, content summaries, highly interactive workshops, keynotes to large audiences, as well as one-to-one sessions where needed, Post*Shift have engaged over a long period of time with individuals needing to make fast decisions on a wide array of topics including:
- organisational design;
- market dynamics and organisational risks;
- Enterprise 2.0 technology, ways of working and behaviour;
- building a connected company.
HIGH LEVELS OF ONGOING ENGAGEMENT
As we continue to create new learning opportunities and interventions with Bosch, we also help to create horizontal collaboration opportunities, linking people with similar goals and objectives within the organisation as part of supporting their network of internal change agents.
This in turn has created learning content that can be re-purposed to help Bosch associates engage with the wider firm’s transformation initiatives.
Educating and Inspiring
In each engagement, we try to bring a fresh perspective to inspiring and informing our partners about new thinking and ideas
We are trusted to work with very senior leaders because we are able to present new thinking in a clear, professional and well-argued manner
Our keynotes are fresh; our talks are engaging and entertaining; our workshops are hands on and thought-provoking; and, our written deliverables are crisp and to-the-point.
