Our initial workshop, facilitated by industry experts who work with the world’s leading organisations on digital transformation, will give you and your team a great introduction to what this means for your business and how to get started. Afterwards, we use a secure collaborative environment for ongoing discussion and documentation.

This workshop is a perfect introduction to the topic for internal stakeholders who may not be up-to-speed or fully convinced of the need to invest in this new area of business improvement. Each session is unique, with tailored outputs including a write-up of new insights and a recommendations document.


Our story building workshop looks at the internal and external dynamics influencing the need for change, and then creates a series of narrative elements that work together to create a compelling story for the C-suite or Board of Management. Typically, these stories include elements of history, mission, strategy and future goals, which can then be organised into a classical narrative structure held together by a common ‘red thread’.

Our transformation goals workshop starts with existing strategy and emerging challenges and helps participants express transformation goals as capability targets for the organisation, expressed as agile user stories that are accessible and easy to understand. Looking beyond the question of ‘why’, this workshop helps answer the question ‘what for?’.
