Today, we talk about adopting artificial intelligence in the same way that we used to talk about digital transformation, with the conviction that all we need is a framework to master this new technology. But AI cannot be adopted; it must be learned. Before it can transform, it requires an understanding of how we work, how we make decisions, and how we learn collectively.
