The adoption of Agile HR faces challenges, however. It requires a significant cultural shift within organisations, with many needing to abandon long-standing practices and mindsets. Additionally, some HR professionals may resist the change due to a lack of understanding or fear of the unknown.

Despite these challenges, Agile HR holds promise for the future. It can help organisations become more responsive and adaptable, and better equipped to deal with the uncertainties of the modern business landscape.
