Jobandtalent, a Spanish start-up, has secured $14 million in Series A funding to develop its next-generation recruitment platform. The funds will be used to expand the platform’s reach across Europe and Latin America and to enhance its mobile application. The platform aims to revolutionise the recruitment process by using linguistic analysis to match potential candidates with suitable job vacancies. The mobile application further streamlines the process by allowing users to apply for jobs directly from their smartphones. The funding round was led by Pelayo Cortina Koplowitz, with participation from existing investors including Kibo Ventures, Félix Ruiz, and Nicolás Luca de Tena.
