As the amount of data individuals generate increases, systems could utilise it to build simulations that predict personal needs or behaviours. By 2020, it is estimated that smart agents will facilitate 40% of mobile interactions, with ‘post-app’ era set to begin. The evolution of user interfaces is set to dramatically shift from a technology-limited, mobile-first approach to a human-centric one. This will result in digital businesses being increasingly designed for humans and by humans.
