In the Red World, innovation rules. Companies will be small, agile, and incredibly innovative. They will not be afraid to take risks and will be constantly seeking the next big thing. Traditional employment will be less common, with many workers being self-employed or working in the gig economy.
The Green World will be dominated by companies that prioritise sustainability and fairness. These companies will have a strong sense of purpose and will be committed to doing good in the world. They will be more cooperative and less competitive, focusing on long-term goals rather than short-term profits.
Finally, the Blue World will be all about big corporations. These companies will use their size and influence to dominate markets and drive profits. They will be highly efficient and will use technology to maximise productivity.
These four worlds will not exist in isolation. They will overlap and interact, creating a complex and dynamic future of work.
