Enacting means leaders need to model these behaviours themselves. Sustaining is about reinforcing and rewarding these behaviours to ensure they stick.

The process of changing corporate culture is not easy. It requires time, consistency, and commitment. But by focusing on actions rather than values, leaders can create a culture that is more aligned with the organisation’s goals and objectives.
