Post*Shift is is a research-led insights and consulting firm dedicated to helping clients address the practical challenges of digital transformation and new ways of working.

We are seeking a motivated, super-organised, committed, energetic person with tons of initiative and a willingness to work hard to support our team and manage our new offices in Tech City. In addition to our core team, our office also hosts 3 digital start-ups whose teams will also need your occasional support and attention.

Strong admin & accounts capabilities are a pre-requisite for consideration; these must include book-keeping (e.g. covering weekly expenses, bank reconciliation, VAT returns, tax returns, management accounts, etc) and familiarity with maintaining project records (e.g. consultant time sheets, revenue reporting, client billing, etc). Superior attention to detail is vital, together with excellent written communications and inter-personal skills.

You will also be responsible for handling all front-of-house inquiries; dealing with suppliers; ensuring that our offices (including our shared kitchen, meeting rooms and other facilities) are always clean, tidy and well-stocked; supporting other aspects of our business as needed (e.g. providing marketing and sales support, including events, travel bookings, and occasional PA support).

The role would suit a smart individual happy to use their initiative to make the office run smoothly and multi-task efficiently on a daily basis, as well as tackle essential routine tasks. A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role is required, preferably in a consultancy, agency, tech startup, or similar environment.

We are an equal opportunities employer and will consider all qualified applicants purely on their skills and abilities. However, this role is London-based and is only open to candidates who can demonstrate the legal right to work in the UK.

We offer a competitive salary, generous paid leave and benefits entitlement, an informal working environment in London’s Tech City (5 min from Old Street Tube), great coffee, and easy access to all that Shoreditch has to offer. You will get to work alongside our diverse and passionate team, joined together by a desire to transform how businesses operate with digital technologies.

How to Apply
