HOW WE WORK
Our role is to help internal business leaders and change agents manage the process of Digital Transformation, not to behave like a traditional consultancy, and this is reflected in the open and collaborative way we work. We help build our clients’ capabilities and make ourselves redundant over time.
For any company that wants to pursue Digital Transformation in a strategic and measurable way, we can shape a support engagement ranging from just some ideas, models and tools to full project delivery, management and long-term partnership.
COMMON USE CASES
We have experience across various sectors. Typical use cases include:
- Agile org structures: reducing bureaucracy and creating simpler, more responsive structures supported by social technology.
- Beyond social platforms: adoption, business purpose and development of existing social platforms.
- Organising for social marketing: developing internal capabilities and structures to better engage customers.
- Integration of new teams: whether through M&A or internal re-organisation.
- HR and transformation: helping HR find a more strategic role in organisational change.
