Leadership development programme for a leading public sector tech consultancy in the Middle East
This growing tech consultancy in the Middle East is able to win and deliver substantial government and public sector contracts, but wanted to get ahead of the game in delivering better, more effectively and with more innovation, using technology and associated new ways of working.
Working as part of a wider programme run by our partners, we designed and delivered two modules focused on Managing the Consulting Process and Steering Complex Projects. We broke each of these down into a 3-day programme of live learning and collaboration, using online collaboration tools to build the larger picture.
This was a very practical, but forward-looking project that brought agility and agile methods to a practical level, and looked ahead to a future beyond the traditional time and materials billing supplier relationship of today’s consulting firms – a future of real embedded partnerships that can help clients with their own transformation as well as just delivering successful projects.
