Remote leadership learning programme for a leading sovereign investment group
This leading sovereign investment group is known for its long-term vision in technology investing, where it is active in the international start-up scene, as well as other areas such as health, life science, materials and real estate. But what about its own internal functions? How could they embrace greater automation, agility and adaptability to support the business?
Working with leading international corporate education specialist Emeritus, we designed and delivered a 3-day change acceleration programme, divided into 6 fast-paced interactive sessions.
The feedback was phenomenal, and most of all, participants valued the practical focus and shareable change techniques they could take into their day-to-day leadership practice. The participants were a pleasure to work with and very engaged and active in the programme, which we plan to repeated at least once in 2023.
